6 Street Southwest and 7 Street Southwest are stops in downtown Calgary on the city's C-Train light rail system.

The 6 Street Southwest stop is used by eastbound trains, and the 7 Street Southwest stop is used by westbound trains. Platforms for the station are located on the sides of 7 Avenue South. Both platforms are inside the free fare zone of the C-Train.

The original 6 Street W station, located between 6 Street & 5 Street SW opened on May 25, 1981 as part of Calgary's original LRT line from 8 Street W to Anderson. As part of Calgary's 7 Avenue Refurbishment project, On April 7, 2008 the station was closed and demolished and the new station rebuilt in its place. The new station opened on March 27, 2009 just under one year after the original station closed down. May 25, 1981 as part of Calgary's original LRT line from 8 Street W to Anderson. February 27, 2009 the new 7 Street W station opened one block East (between 6 Street & 7 Street SW)and the old platform was immediatley closed and demolished shortly afterwards.

The original 7 Street W station was located between 7 Street & 8 Street SW (adjacent to the Sandman Hotel) and opened on May 25, 1981 as part of Calgary's original LRT line from 8 Street W to Anderson. February 27, 2009 the new 7 Street W station opened one block East (between 6 Street & 7 Street SW) and the old platform was immediatley closed and demolished shortly afterwards.

Like all refurbished 7 Avenue platforms, the entire sidewalk slopes up to the station at both ends and the platform can handle 4-car trains.

The station registered an average of 7,900 (6th Street platform) and 12,400 (7th Street platform) weekday boardings in 2005.[1]

In 2008, according to the Calgary Transit Website, the daily weekday ridership remains at an unchanged rate of 12,400 boardings. [2]
